About Learning & Development

The subject matter described herein, relate to a series of focused and dedicated training & development activities designed to ensure the workforce of hotels, resorts and related businesses is trained, developed and motivated to perform the assigned duties with a high level of competency.

The training & development activities explained in this document have been specially designed for hotels, resorts and related businesses and would be customized to suit the workforce of individual organizations. Also the complexity of the contents of the programmes would be adjusted as per the specific requirements of individual organizations.

PAYMENT TERMS & COPYRIGHT

All the programmes conducted by Boost Hotels will be facilitated by reputed industrial professionals and subject experts with long experience in conducting training. Training methods used by Boost Hotels include,

  • All the charges mentioned in this document are in Sri Lankan rupees.
  • The customers should undertake to settle all the charges within 10 days of invoice.
  • The Boost Hotel trainers should be provided with free of charge accommodation and food by the client during the training period. (Accommodation for long distance programmes only)
  • The client should provide the necessary tools, chemicals and alcoholic & nonalcoholic beverage items for the relevant training programmes
